We approach an opportunity as a problem-solving process. Using critical thinking, research, and other key components, we design with your specific needs in mind.
Occupants of this space have busy and stressful responsibilities. The building was a converted tobacco factory and very industrial. Modern renovations could not change the vast amount of concrete, exposed building systems, and other structures. Access to nature while at work was a key request.
